8000 names of ships! Two lists, one sorted by name, one sorted by country. By Glenn Crouch. Surf to his own site and check for a new or unmodified copy. |
This update has new options: 1. On-line help labels, 2. Shortcuts and 3. Checks for unused names.
The archive comes with a good windows Help file - which is actually not neccessary as all controls are very intuitive. There are also nine sample shiplists included, some of them were taken from this page (with permission) while others are brandnew! (As a chemist I have to admit I like the list with the 102 chemical elements.:-) For Trekkies there is _another_ list with 3000 Star Trek related names.
